SheSay DMCA Copyright Notice
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
SheSay (the "App", "we", "our") is operated by a limited liability company registered in the United States. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users and authors to do the same. This page explains how we comply with the notice-and-takedown provisions of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. ยง 512, and how copyright owners can report allegedly infringing material published in the App or on this website.
1. Designated Copyright Contact
If you believe that content available in the App or on this website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright contact:
Email: copyright@xn--1uss88i.com
This mailbox is used only for DMCA takedown notices and counter-notices. Please do not send copyright complaints through the in-app feedback channel or through general support email, as this may delay handling. Notices sent to this address are handled by our designated agent for copyright matters.
2. What a Valid Takedown Notice Must Contain
To enable us to act promptly, your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (title, registration details, or other evidence of ownership);
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough information to let us locate it โ for example the work title, the author's name, and the chapter or page link;
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Our Process: Remove First, Verify Afterwards
- When we receive a notice that meets the requirements above, we promptly remove or disable access to the reported material and keep a record of the action;
- We notify the user or author who published the material and explain that they may submit a counter-notice;
- If the publisher submits a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the complainant and decide whether to restore the material within the period required by law;
- Content that is subject to an ongoing dispute stays offline while the dispute is being resolved.
4. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed because of a takedown notice and you believe the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification โ for example because you own the rights, hold a valid license, or your use is lawful โ you may send a counter-notice to the same address. A valid counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court.
5. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a repeat-infringer policy. Accounts that repeatedly publish infringing material may have publishing features restricted, have earnings frozen, be suspended, or be permanently terminated.
6. Misrepresentations
Under DMCA Section 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for the damages incurred by the affected party, including attorneys' fees and costs.
7. Scope of This Notice
This notice covers copyright complaints only. Reports concerning child safety, privacy, harassment, or other violations of our Terms of Service should be sent to postmaster@xn--1uss88i.com or submitted through the in-app reporting tools. Where a complaint does not concern copyright infringement (for example fair use or authorized use), we restore the content after verification and inform the parties of the outcome.
